Dear all,

ASTRO will organize ASTRO Challenge Programme with MMU students. Details as below

Date : 5-6th January 2012
Time : 8.30 am - 5.30 pm
Venue : ASTRO, TPM, Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur

It is a opportunity for students to be selected by ASTRO to do internship and finally become future Astrolites (new hire).

This challenge is OPEN to all Faculties (FOE, FIT, FCM and FOM).

Student criteria
1. currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree in the university
2. Priority for final year students, followed by third and second year students.
3. Field of study : Media & Communication, Business Administration, Finance & Accounting, Engineering
4. Minimum CGPA of 3.00 above or Upper Second Class
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We are looking 65 students who are interested to participate in this ASTRO Challenge.

Meeting with Senior Director about Probation Workshop

Meeting with Senior Director, STAD with all counselors were held on 15 December 2011, 10 am at Student Affairs & Sports Division (STAD) Malacca Campus. The discussion was on how probation students can be assisted in improving their later academic performance with the cooperation with Academic Advisors at the Faculties.

Construct Camp 2012

Ms Jenet will be handling Construct Camp 2012 from 11-13 Nov 2011 at Riverstone Eco Resort, Ulum Yam, Selangor. It is organized by STAD in collaboration with Student Representative Council (SRC). It is a leadership program for leaders selected among high committees from clubs and societies. About 70 students have been selected to attend the program.
